樣 (よう・様/ yo, sama) is the old character form (used before the revision in the year 1946 in Japan) of 様 (same readings) and means “way/method” but it is also used as a highly polite suffix as opposed to the normal polite suffix さん (san).

Example sentence with 様 （樣） read as よう/yo = way/method:

With kanji and kana:

この料理をどの様（樣）に作ればいいんですか。

Only kana:

このりょうりをどのようにつくればいいんですか。

Transliteration:

kono ryori o dono yo ni tsukureba iin desu ka.

Translation:

How/In what way should I make this dish?

Example sentence with 様 （樣） read as さま/sama as a polite suffix:

With kanji and kana:

お客様、こちらへどうぞ。

Only kana:

おきゃくさま、こちらへどうぞ。

Transliteration:

okyaku sama, kochira e dozo.

Translation:

Honored guest(s), please come this way.

Please note that although the average Japanese person nowadays can still read 樣, this old script form has fallen out of usage and might only be used for for example stylistic reasons to give something a vintage feel or for period drama/tv/movies etc.
